Differential Propagation Delay → Angle
The direction of the target can also be determined by comparing the propagation delay across multiple receivers.
To determine the direction, the path length difference (s=R2-R1) can be derived either by directly comparing the measured ranges,
or more commonly, by extracting the phase difference () between the received signals.

1. Differential Delay Detection
Both distance difference and phase difference arise from minute differences(α) in propagation delay.

2. Usage of Differential Delay in FMCW
The method for extracting the phase difference (ΔΦ), which involves beamforming and Doppler analysis, will be explained later.
Assuming this phase difference is known, the target direction (θ) can be determined.
