Velocity Resolution vs. Chirps per Frame
Velocity resolution is inversely proportional to the coherent observation time (frame time),
hence increasing frame rate degrades velocity resolution.

Increasing Vres
Increasing the number of chirps per frame improves velocity resolution without degrading the maximum unambiguous velocity,
as long as the chirp repetition interval (PRI/CRI) remains unchanged. However, it increases frame time and reduces update rate
